We fully guarantee your complete satisfaction with our professionalism, talent, and dependability.
We expect to be working with the absolute decision maker when we submit designs, and if any outside opinions of the work we submit to you (while in development) are sought by you (decision maker), we respectfully request that you do so in a tight and timely fashion, and submit all your feedback to each phase of the design process with each level of design.
For new clients, THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE... if you don't like what we are submitting to you after 1 or 2 exchanges of preliminary designs. After that point... by default we both know that we are engaged in something that is working for you design-wise... and that solidifies the agreement, voiding the no charge deal.
All proofs will be watermarked unless otherwise arranged, and all designs are our intellectual property until fully paid for. If an in-progress payment of at least 1/3 of the whole amount is made, then we'll drop the watermarks for your convenience, although if we include the word 'proof' in the filename, this is for your protection to not confuse a low resolution proof for final, higher resolution artwork.
This is what we consider to be reasonable and very fair, and we invite you to question any part of what was just stated as our guarantee and warrantee policy.
